Homemade Chicken Soup Recipe
- 3lb whole Chicken
- 4 Carrots
- 4 Stalks of celery
- 1 large onion
- 1 Teaspoon bouillon granules (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Place your chicken into a large pot, add your carrots, celery and onion, cover over with cold water. bring to a boil over a medium heat until the chicken is fully cooked and the meat will start to fall of the bones.
- When the chicken is fully cooked take everything out of the pot strain the broth, chop up all the vegetables and the chicken, season the broth with the salt and pepper to taste. return all the chopped vegetables and chicken to the broth, stir and serve.
